My main role is as the Financial Administrator for all the blocks in our portfolio. I am responsible for the daily reconciliation of all bank accounts, collecting the service charge monies, paying the contractor invoices and answering any queries that the Directors may have with regards to the finances of their company. I also assist my colleagues with the day to day running of the blocks by answering calls and emails and communicating with leaseholders and giving them advice on subjects like, insurance, sales, leases and legislation. I have more than 20 years experience in the customer service industry and have worked in property management for the last 3 years. I love my job and being able to help our clients find a swift resolution to any issues that they may encounter is one of the things I enjoy the most. I always see a job through to the end.
